Hub City Bar & Grill, located at 2498 S. Hwy 97 Suite. E, in Redmond, Oregon opened in March of 2014 by Leda Mudge.

The main theme of Hub City Bar & Grill is “bikes, cars, and guitars”; borrowing a transportation themed nature with decor relating to old cars, motorcycles, and live music.!

Hub City has a large menu, including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers,
steaks, pastas, and other main course options. The prices are reasonable and the food quality is outstanding! Our menu items are different than standard bar fair, such as, crab cake sliders, lobster mac-n-cheese, stuffed jalapeno burger, and marinated flat iron steak so tender and flavorful you can cut it with a fork! Our salads are made with fresh spring mix and a large choice of salad dressings.

We offer a full-service bar with liquor, mixed drinks, draft and bottled beers, as well as sodas, juice, coffee, tea, etc. for beverage choices.

Using a glycol system for their draft beer, our beer is kept at a consistent 33 degrees, making it the coldest beer in town! We support our local economies by carrying an assortment of local micro brews and hard liquors.
